His experience framing for a high-end custom homebuilder taught him best practices, meticulous planning, and the value of clear communication—skills that shaped Heartwood Residential’s craftsmanship and process-driven approach.
Michelle joined as a project coordinator, quickly rising to head designer, where her confidence, creativity, and work ethic became a hallmark of the company’s success. Although she later stepped back from her role to focus on raising their three children, Michelle continues to lend her design insight and support behind the scenes.
