Our Design Build Remodeling Process

We schedule a sit-down meeting to gather information, brainstorm, and share ideas.

We provide you with a design proposal with a target project budget, proposed timeline, materials selections, and delivery of services based upon our meeting.

Upon completion and approval of design, we provide a construction contract for signature and receive an initial deposit, which secures the project start date.

We start the project on an agreed upon time and date.

Throughout, we manage all aspects of the project, and are always available to answer questions that may come up.

When the project is complete, we conduct a final walk through with our clients to ensure satisfaction and completion.

We check in 2-3 weeks after completed construction and again a few months later. We are available for any concerns and keep meticulous files for future plans. Post construction, we maintain both electronic and hard copy documents of your project in our files. This documentation of our project is helpful for future work and when improvements are done in stages.

From our initial meeting and throughout your entire project, we use project management software to organize every bit of information, scheduling, personnel, materials, and changes needed to stay on budget and on time.
